15 students from Years 9 and 10 travelled to Dijon in Burgundy in February for our first exchange with the College Camille Claudel.
The students stayed with their penpals’ families, spent a couple of days in the French school, made trips out to some of Burgundy’s historical and gastronomical landmarks, explored Dijon and tasted the mustard. Most importantly, they used their French for real-life communication, creating new connections and friendships.
You can see what they got up to on the MFL Twitter.
Many thanks to Mme Prevost-Kabore and the College Camille Claudel, the host families and penpals, the HHS students for being open to new adventures, and Mme Moyle for leading the visit.
