Exam season: stay cool

relaxThe exam season can be a stressful time. Actually, a bit of stress might be useful, helping motivate us to do our best – just try not to let it get on top of you.

You can stay in control by organizing your time: space out your revision in manageable chunks, not just before the exam. Build in time for exercise, fresh air, meals and for seeing other people.

Switch off: take some time out for a while from those games, gadgets and social media that can really eat into your time. Go to bed early!

If you do have any worries, don’t keep them to yourself: talk to your family, teachers, friends…
