Welcome to the PE Department at Hellesdon High.

HHS offers a huge range of sporting activities to all students, and every pupil has two hours of PE per week, during which they participate in the following activities:

• Invasion Games: Football, Rugby , Basketball, Netball
• Striking and Fielding: Cricket, Rounders, Golf, Dodgeball, Lacrosse
• Net and Wall: Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis, Volleyball
• Swimming
• Athletics
• Health-related exercise
