ASSESSMENT & REPORTING
The interest and involvement of people at home can be the deciding factor in a child's education, and we strive to maintain an excellent level of communication between School and home.
Parents/Carers can access the latest information on their children's progress by logging into the Learning Gateway. This covers attendance, achievements, behaviour, subject and tutor reports (hard copies of which will also be sent home periodically).
In the course of the school year, every student's family will receive a full written report, and have the opportunity to attend at least one Parents/Carers' Evening. Additional evenings are held for the parents/carers of prospective Year 6 pupils, our new Year 7 intake, Year 9 students considering their Key Stage 4 options, and students in the Sixth Form.
For more detailed information about assessment and reporting, please download the guides for parents/carers and students for KS3 (Years 7-9) and KS4: Year 10 and Year 11.
The most important dates (assessment data, reports and Parents/Carers' Evenings) for each yeargroup are available from the menu on the right.
